Bruce Carmichael with AIP is an efficient & competent home inspector. We hired him to do the inspection for our condo purchase in Palm Springs, and he was on time for the scheduled appointment and he completed the inspection report by the very next day. And there were two reports, one which covered any & all aspects of the inspection which was the complete inspection report and another which highlighted the problem areas within the complete inspection report and which needed special attention. Each category or aspect of the report is coded by significance, from those items that need repair now to those items that need attention at some point in time. And he even provided a rough estimate of the total cost of the immediate repairs and a list of local handy/persons and repair persons who are available to do the repair. We were very happy we chose Bruce to do our home inspection and we feel confident now in knowing how to go forward with our condo purchase.

I am so grateful for Paul who inspected the house I am in the process of buying. He found a high risk for possible carbon monoxide leak and a pipe that was not working correctly in the wall as it was possibly never hooked up right to the sink upstairs.
